Mrs Wilhemina Odarkor Ofori is the Head Librarian at Heritage Christian University, a private University in Accra, Ghana, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and managing the university’s library services. She holds an MPhil. in Information Studies and a BA in Information Studies and Linguistics, both from the University of Ghana. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Africa.

Wilhemina has led several initiatives to enhance digital resource access, promote Information Literacy, and ensure the continuous development of the library’s infrastructure and collections at Heritage. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to user-centred services, strategic planning, and collaboration with faculty and students to support teaching, learning, and scholarship. Wilhemina is also a member of the Ghana Library Association (GLA). Her research interests include library marketing, digitisation in libraries, information-seeking behaviour and library trends.
