Dr. Christopher M. Owusu-Ansah is a senior academic librarian, research fellow, and published scholar with over a decade of leadership in academic library services, digital transformation, and scholarly communication. He currently serves as the University Librarian at Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), where he oversees strategic planning, policy implementation, and the modernization of library systems to support academic excellence and institutional growth.
He is also a Research Fellow at the Department of Information Science, University of South Africa, contributing to scholarly work in digital libraries, distance education, and knowledge management.
